Baked Jumbo Pasta Shells; Jumbo Pasta shells stuffed with ricotta cheese. In this video we are taking what we learned from the lasagna video, and spinning it for stuffed shells with ricotta cheese. 12 large pasta shells
15 ounces ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 (24-ounce) jar pasta sauce
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta shells and cook according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the cheese mixture into the cooked pasta shells and place them in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Pour the pasta sauce over the top of the stuffed shells.
Bake the stuffed shells in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are hot and bubbly.
Remove the stuffed shells from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
